A great, hard-wearing knife with high-friction Santoprene rubber grip covering the ergonomically designed, extra durable PP plastic handle which has a proper finger guard.
The knife blade is 2.5mm thick & made from stainless steel hardened to 57-59 HRC. The blade has a flat Scandi grind with a single bevel & the edge is sharpened in several stages with a final honing on a leather strop. Comes with a black plastic sheath.
This will be our standard course use knife.
